I don’t see any armed drone defense on the whole map.
Galt Gulch anyone?
Where are the shooting range and ammunition factory?
Never gonna work. You see how close the schools are to the Firearms Museum? The progressives will...oh, wait...never mind.
The Branch Davidians already tried this concept.
Each to their own, but I refuse to live that close to there and in a Fort.
It is bad enough that my wife and I have recently decided to install steal hangers to allow us to bar the doors.
I recently bought a 12 GA Remington 870 and all of the stuff it takes to make it into a ‘home defense’ gun.
Having said that, I think Idaho would be a very good state to live in.
Reminds me of Jonestown.
Unless you are retired or independently wealthy, this would have to be a bug-out location. Most people live where the jobs are and for most professionals those are in highly urbanized areas. This site appears to be akin to a walled medieval town with the agricultural areas being outside the walls. Otherwise, they would need an extensive greenhouse or aquaponics infrastructure.
Its a scam and not a very good one.
Christian Hyman, aka Sam Kerodin is fixin to do some time.

“Radical Community” plans to set up enclave where they will act like Americans of the first 150 years of our history.
HOW RADICAL. (Sarcastic)
Too much resemblance to Jonestown and Elohim City. I’ll pass!
Will the homeowner dues include the pool, tennis and club house...or is that separate? What size is the pool...Olympic, junior Olympic? Will they have bunco nights at the club house? Its there a dog grooming salon? Will there be matinee pricing at the theater?
An HOA by another name............
As mentioned already by cripplecreek, the “organizer” of this community is a convicted extortionist. From what I’ve read about the area he’s planning to develop a community in, there are NO large tracts of private land suitable for development, with the majority of nearby land being either federally owned or tribal land.
His choice to develop a “patriot” community is interesting, because word around the web is that he’s run into some trouble previously for violations of federal firearms laws. Seems odd that a convicted extortionist who has had run-ins with the BATFE would choose to create a high-profiile real-estate operation meant to attract “patriots” seeking to create an armed and independent community.
Given the developer’s criminal past, and given the BATFE’s history of attempting to entrap lawful gun owners, this is looking like one hell of a setup. Regardless of whether this fellow is trying to rob or entrap people, it would be wise to tell your friends, family, and fellow forum-goers to not be taken in by this lying criminal sack of ****.
3500 to 7000 families in 120 houses? Might get a little
close in there!
Surrounded by the “Living Dead”.
