I have several rental properties and there is NO WAY I would ever rent to a Section 8 recipient...I don’t care how much the government pays me, it’s just not worth it.

Why not? I have only had one S8 renter but she was good. Clean, paid up promptly. Don’t they get kicked out of the program if they are bad tenants?
