Martin Luther King, Jr. would be appalled at what Obama’s policies and rhetoric has done to race relations in this country and the black community in general (unemployment rates, crime rates, etc...). Obama is obviously unaware of the teachings of that great man to think that he is somehow worthy to connect himself symbolically to Dr. King in any way.

I can’t believe that Dr. King’s family supports this.

As I have said in another posting, both Lincoln and King Jr. must both be “spinning” in their graves right now. Not only has Obama set race relations back a number of decades, but also he has created a much greater divided country which would go against all that Lincoln did.
