More intrusion on personal rights? Is smoking marijuana allowed.....if Sorority houses or Fraternity houses are on campus..is smoking disallowed there also? How about the over weight or chewing gum addicts.........

I'm not clear on how there could be some kind of "personal right" to smoke in a public area or on someone else's property.

And no, I don't buy the "secondhand smoke causes cancer" argument against smoking in public.
