Outrageous claims made by a professor who specializes in conspiracy theories are set to provoke grieving family by saying that the Sandy Hook massacre may not have happened at all.
James Tracy, a tenured history professor at Florida Atlantic University, wrote a lengthy post on his personal blog saying that the shooting that left 20 children and six teachers dead may not have happened the way that it is widely believed, if it happened at all.
Backed solely by the erroneous early reports filed during the midst of the horrendous incident, Mr Tracy 's claim is preying on the confusion of the tragic day.
'While it sounds like an outrageous claim, one is left to inquire whether the Sandy Hook shooting ever took place -- at least in the way law enforcement authorities and the nation's news media have described,' he has said.
The 47-year-old professor bases his outrageous claims largely on the flurry of conflicting media reports that were made as news of the shooting was released throughout the day on December 14.

Incompetence of the media is not a conspiracy, it is business as normal.
News media telling you how to think about things.
(They are supposed to tell you what other people say and do and just leave it at that. They deny their bias, but it's pretty darn blatant.)
I consider Emilie Parker to be a 21st century version of Schrodinger’s Cat — is she alive? is she dead? The answer has to be: it depends.
Why is his age relevant to this story?
I don’t know why anybody should be surprised that rumors fly while such events are in progress and immediately afterward, and that a very great many of them turn out to be inaccurate.
I believe in a slightly different context it’s called “the fog of war.”
In the MSM it’s made much worse by a desperate need to have something to report, and even more to be the first to report it. Any outlet that acted responsibly and reported that they really didn’t know yet would immediately lose its audience to one that was reporting something, even if it later turned out to be wrong.
He is well respected on infowars..
Meaning he is a nut case truther. Please make sure everyone knows this.
in 9/11 Truth, Inner Consciousness and the Public Mind
he opines
“With opinion polls indicating at least half of the public distrusting the official account of September 11th, the foremost basis for the war on terror “
which is farcical.
I blame the media and its rush to be the first to report the news. If it wasn't for all the erroneous reporting, we wouldn't have all these whacked conspiracy theories.
Not to worry. As soon as they have the complete story lined up the way they “need” it to line up they’ll give us the “real”story. (Slight cough of B*** S***! in to hand.) The msm, as usual, boned this whole thing up from the git-go. The old “I had my hand raised first” syndrome. In the end, everybody gets a trophy. Maybe even a pull-it-sir prize or two.
Molon labe.
He should have included pix of those children ‘murdered’ and were also at the “memorial” with obama.
I am sure the parents of the now buried children would differ.
Yes it is a fake.. normally he uses his middle finger in domestic photos.
Prolly went to an uber-liberal college/university. If he was older maybe the school he went to hadn’t gone liberal yet.
We saw bloody students, shattered glass, sheet covered bodies, etc. at Columbine. Here at Sandy Hook we see nothing. Why is that?
Yep.
His nuttyness aside, his age is relevant to this because he is most certainly a white man. Specifying his age puts him in that oh-so-hated category of “The Barrack” in this country that have begun their tirade that “Old White Men” are this country’s new N word and a bunch of dinosaurs, who when they die off, will allow the Barack to realize their utopian version of Eden - except without the religion part.
Misinformation, no transparency, no official police reports.
Seriously?
Complete ad hominem.
You disagree with him about 9/11 and therefore he is wrong about everything under the sun.
The Board of Trustees of FAU should be meeting right now, determining how they hired an idiot and terminating his contract right then and there.
Conspiracy theorists have a form of mental illness. I have a friend who was a large trader at the CBOT. A few years ago he was worth millions, married to a knockout woman, 3 great kids and a brownstone in a tony section of Chicago.
About 3 years ago we were having dinner and he tells me 9/11 was a set up and it was to fund a trillion dollar war on terror. I knew right then he’d lost it. He started trading on these theories and soon lost everything.
Usually a respected trader with a good track record can get some sort of backing except he’d been telling folks about his theories and no one was willing to back him.
Fast Forward...He’s now living in a studio apartment bagging groceries his wife has left him.
I just saw him recently and he comes out and say’s Sandy Hook was a set up by Holder to take away our guns.
The guy crying over his daughter a few minutes after laughing and joking around and then getting into character leaves little doubt (although there is some doubt, admittedly) that he was an actor.
The name "Sandy" seems a little too convenient to me, after Hurricane Sandy. It looks like a marketing ploy to me.
There doesn't seem to be much information on the shooter. None of his neighbors it would appear even knew he existed, according to some MSM reports.
It follows a pattern of the crazed devil-worshiping gunman (Arizona, Colorado) shooting up a crowd with a fully automatic weapon, that seems a bit too consistent to be coincidental.
And qui bono? It comes at a suspiciously good time for the Obama administration.
False flag?
I don't know. I would say that at this point don't believe anything you hear from MSM about this (or anything else for that matter).
Did you know that during the Kennedy Administration there was a plan developed ,signed by the Joint Chiefs, to terrorize America and blame it on the Cubans. One part of it involved planes.
Operation Northwoods.
That doesn’t mean that 9/11 didn’t happen or that it wasn’t the Muslims.
But it does mean there is a basis for distrust of the government and what they are capable of doing to us.
Operation MK Ultra should have clued you in to the depths of depravity that can be authorized.
It is quite possible that Jones is a disinformation specialist. Sort of like Sorcha Faal whom many believe is a CIA disinformation specialist.
"[T]here is a growing awareness that the media coverage of the massacre of 26 children and adults [IS] intended primarily for public consumption to further larger political ends."
Without his outrageous claim his statement of fact never had a chance of ever appearing in any newspaper; with the outrageous claim.. behold! that fact has appeared in one of the tens of thousands of MSM articles. The newspaper employee slipped up. It won't happen again.
Because if he were 94 his rant might be more understandable
This is no more outrageous than the coverup of what really happened that is ongoing now and certainly no more outrageous than the knee-jerk reaction that what happened in Sandy Hook means that all guns are bad and all guns must be confiscated.
Outrageous claims? The libs have a lock on those.
This is the crux of the problem, the more the media practices intentional malpractice in the process of pushing a pointed liberal agenda the much more respected the conspiracy kooks will be among the populace....
Complete ad hominem
yes in this case I am attacking the man. The man likes to make things up that are not true. Note I posted a quote by him that shows this.
Yes I knew all that.
Note that it did not happen and that northwoods was a one of thousnads of plans/ideas the are created that were rejected.
Curtis LeMay wanted to first stike the soviets too.. now we did not do that even though there were plans for it.
What is your point, that northwoods was a crazy idea that was rejected ? that would support the idea that CRAZY ideas tend to be rejected!
If it walks like a duck...
G
I'm not saying that we shouldn't worry about the government's desire to disarm people. I'm saying those who are convinced this event was government-led for that purpose are loony.
“-—normally he uses his middle finger in domestic photos”
I really think I did see, in the same article, a 2nd pix of obama using his special salute - went back to find and could not.
I was being fed information from a SHES parent when this was going on.
I wanted to believe that that there were only minor injuries and that there were only a few fatalities (as first reported).
I was being told things were much worse.
The news reports were wrong. They may have been given bad information intentionally to prevent panic and allow for parents to be contacted, but they were wrong.
How about MK Ultra? Was that crazy idea rejected?
“Over the weekend, I spoke with a friend whose co-worker is an aunt of one of the victims.”
Is that from a SNL skit? Seriously- it made me laugh.
Glad you found it funny. I don’t. And I’m sure the families of the victims wouldn’t find it funny either.
Here is some conspiracy evidence that I think has been overlooked by most everyone including the tenured professor.
The evidence I cite involves those therapy dogs that were sent to Newtown to comfort the grieving “actor-parents”. I contend that they were actually fake comfort dogs because real comfort dogs would be able to tell that the “actor parents” were just faking their grief and would not have licked their faces. Just sayin’.
Oh. Well, I don’t think there were any victims, so I thought you were kidding.
Consider the source, consider that it isn't welcome on FR.
Consider the implications if it is accurate...
Consider the source
Thanks. Considering no one talked about it until after the shooting occurred, I consider the reputation of the source as deserved.
Cheers
Makes perfect sense to me. United Way planned the attacks.
Or, possibly, somebody fiddled with the image.
Or, there was a glitch that caused the date to come up inaccurately.
Which of the three would Occam’s Razor say is least likely?
Oh, I know, they are all alive, but have been confined to special camps to train as Obama’s special militia.
Or maybe they were all taken away and replaced with shot up mannequins.
The dry cleaner must have shrunk your tin foil hat. You need a new one. This hat is cutting off circulation to your brain.
Here we go, the nutty living in denial folks at it.
Consider the source, consider that it isn't welcome on FR.
Consider the implications if it is accurate...
Of course, the most logical and most likely answer is that United Way, from their HQ down to this local office in Connecticut, is engaged in a massive conspiracy, probably took part in the "shootings" themselves, and it probably all has to do with The War on Christmas(tm). Or something like that. I'm still working on that part.
Is it not the only explanation at this point?!?!
(Really, this was exactly the type of kookery I referenced in my first post).
I disagree with you.
Did you miss the point that the Joint Chiefs signed off on Operation Northwoods.
It wasn’t too crazy for the JOINT CHIEFS.
Do you know why the public knows about MK Ultra?
It’s because Richard Helms didn’t get all of the documents destroyed.
Back then, people like you would have said “Oh, it’s just those conspiracy nuts again”
You don’t know if there has ever been an offshoot to Operation Northwoods...just like you almost didn’t know about MK Ultra.
Btw, here is a KEY point.
Kennedy didn’t say the plan was too crazy.
He said he was not contemplating military force at the time according to Lansdale’s memo.
I am not one of those that believe Bush was behind 9/11
HOWEVER, I am one of those that fully believe that our government is capable of just about anything.
Have you ever watched the show Spooks ? Called MI5 in the US. I watched it on Netflix.
It is pretty negative about the US..but also government officials in general.
Maybe it is all over the top.
BUT..I don’t doubt some of it happens to some extent.
I wonder what the significance, if any, of the term "Sandy" is. My gut tells me it's some sort of marketing slogan for something.
Also, the Arizona, Colorado and Connecticut shooters all share a MK Ultra profile. Were they MK Ultra? I wish that I could dismiss the notion out of hand, but there's too much there to ignore.
I suppose you also believe Arlen Specters Magic Bullet Theory?
One of the main victims of that shooting didn’t even believe it!
One of the greatest conspiracy theories of all time - launched by Arlen Specter.
