OK, three types; all hollowpoints?.
What is used for practice at the range, how often, and how many dhs employees go?

And can we find out if the purchase was for say ten years worth?

See my post about that govt publication where contracts are listed, it would have the duration.

I was talking to a friend and their opinion was that dhs was buying it so WE couldn’t.

But I was wondering if we could do the math and figure how much for target practice and how much for ‘other purposes’?
