Yeah, this is an example of telling nuts what they want to hear. Probably a conspiracy guy pretending to be a cop. Martial Law requires too many diverse people to cooperate. You can do it in a city during a riot because people hate rioters but arbitrarily doing it is impossible. I know too many cops who wouldn’t cooperate for a whole host of reasons.

They’re small, painted for low visibility, and fly high enough that there would be about one chance in a thousand that you could spot it if you knew when and where to look.
