I had the bizarre case in my family 100+ years ago where twin brothers married twin sisters, and each had 9 children of varying sexes.

I was related to both breeding pairs by either blood or marriage and I have cousins I don't even know about.

I had a Siamese twin but I had to kill him.

Exactly.

Honestly! My sister and I were just talking about this yesterday. Yes, out-of-wedlock births have always occurred, but they were once quite rare and were certainly not publicly celebrated in print. No sense of shame these days in most quarters.
