My wife disagrees with my enmity towards Scott Brown. She says it's better to have him there as he'll vote with Republicans.

I look at history and say, no...he won't. He hasn't. Some of the votes he has cast disgust me.

Fool me once, shame on him.
Fool me twice, shame on me.

Screw him.

I am not a Mass. resident, but if I were, Scott Brown would not get my vote.

If I vote for a Republican I want a Republican, Not one in name only. Brown has shown his colors, andit wasn’t pretty.

Still recovering from voting for Romney. Never again.

Your wife is WRONG is disagreeing with your deep dislike for Scott Brown. However, she is RIGHT believing that he is better than any Democrat currently residing in the Peoples Republic of Massachusetts.
The problem: Who else is there who ends his/her name (R)? and could possibly win?

It would be wonderful to have a true conservative - but this is Massachusetts. Some votes for conservative/Republican issues is better than none, and particularly if we get close to or take over the Senate in the next election.
