Since the State Dept. issued their final summary on Benghazi(an Axelrod fairy tale IMHO,) does that mean its over and done with as far as any jeopardy for Hillary goes? Will she still have to testify if ordered to by Congress? How much longer do we have to force her to testify as head of the State Dept and not a private citizen?

I think Hillary will eventually testify. It will be orchestrated and Hillary will suppport the whitewash report issued by the State Department. She will deflect any real blame. Four State officials have already resigned. She will ask for more resources. The MSM has already moved on.

Hillary will make sure that she says nothing that could her in 2016.

You’ll recall Independent Counsel Fitzpatrick forced W to personally testify on the Scooter Libby case.

Even when Hil becomes a “private citizen” she may still be forced to testify. That’s when O claims executive privilege.

We all know that he and/or Valerie Jarrett gave the “stand down” order.

If the GOP asked for an independent counsel loud enough, a federal court would appoint one even over Holder’s objection. Court’s have inherent power to do so even in the absence of an IC law.
