CHECHEN warlord Shamil Basayev claimed yesterday he ordered the Beslan school siege in which 338 children and adults were killed.
And he threatened more violence in his campaign for an independent Chechnya.
The rebel leader said he was behind a wave of attacks in Russia including the downing of two passenger planes and a Moscow bomb attack that killed 400.
But he denied Russian President Vladimir Putins charge of links to al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden.
Basayev said: I dont know bin Laden. I dont get money from him, but I wouldnt turn it down.
