The Commie union public schools are designed for the PURPOSE of subverting and destroying proper parental moral authority, seducing moral and ethical allegiance to the state as opposed to God and the child's parents, and using the child as an informer against, and justification for the enslavement of the parents.
This is NOT trickle down, it is the "education" that Big Public Education was created to indoctrinate into the entire society through indoctrination of children.
