Obama does not need to make any large compromises. Maybe a few bread crumbs, but as far as Boehner is concerned, he is going orgasmic over those few possible crumbs Obama is throwing out. Boehner is looking like a fool who is desperate for anything. A pathetic display of governance by Boehner (Look at the stuff he is JUST trying to deal). At least back in the day delegations just left, no-showed, or resorted to insults that led to duels.

We have debt and a shaky economy yet Boehner is negotiating for pennies, openly desiring for targeted tax increase, and raising the ceiling. Where is a fiscally sound version of Tip O'Neill?

I would like the media to ask the question “Where are the compromises that Obama is making?”

The polls say that people want the two sides to compromise. The reality is that Obama isn’t budging. Boehner has to stop making up “plan B’s”...he needs to get in front of every camera and let people know that Obama refuses to make concessions and that this is now the Obama Fiscal Cliff.
