Anything more deadly than an Airsoft gun is “high powered” to a journalist. And ANY weapon can be use in an assault, therefore ALL weapons are assault weapons, if the agenda requires it.
Which s why the Second Amendment uses the term “ARMS” and doesn’t use the term “Muskets”.
My Lib B-I-L brings up the technology of the day (Muskets)when discussing the Second Amendment. I asked him where the word “internet” is listed in the First Amendment.
