He looks white to me and his name is Roberts. He’s at least half white. Loughner, Klebold, Harris, Holmes and Lanza were all young white males. Not women, not minorities, not old enough to know better. Why? I think we look for more “patterns.”

Kinda (but not too) simplistic ... while ‘drugging’ young males with supposed ‘ADD’ symptoms might be a factor there are other societal factors I think play a bigger part, esp for someone that might have some developmental issues ...
Roberts looked to me as if he was partly American Indian, or maybe Hawaiian ethnic background.
But you're right, mass murderers in this country have tended to be young caucasian men ..with the very notable exceptions of the 9/11 murderers, and the Fort Hood murderer.
Serial killers otoh tend to be of more "diverse" backgrounds. Remember the DC snipers? And Wayne Williams, the Atlanta serial killer.
