I hope they read the Turkish tax regulations before bringing the Patriot missiles in. You have to (even military equipment) declare each and every individual piece of equipment, and someone from the Turk tax office must stamp the form as official. This normally takes at least a week. If you fail to do this....when you leave....your hardware stays there in Turkey, with the Turks.

It only takes a week when you don’t offer a ‘tip’ for exceptional service. There are no bribes in Turkey, as their highest court ruled while I was there.
