The “Bush” tax cuts actually helped create the problem we are in today, which is a weighting of income tax obligations toward the rich. We all have seen the statistics that 70%+ of all income taxes are paid by the top 10% already. Yet the media and Dems have convinced middle class Americans that the rich are paying taxes at a lower rate than everyone else. Many people actually believe that our deficit problem will be solved if the rich just pay the same rate as everyone else or “a little more.” Its crazy.

Crazy. I have a disowned sister-in-law that had 2 kids while on welfare. She has never had a job outside of working a a fast food restaurant. She always was so happy to get her tax refund. She would make about $14K when working and pay in very little withholding, maybe $1000 over a year. She would get back along the lines of $4000.
