Six months ago, WI was ground zero in the fight. They need a rest. I do not begrudge Walker some breathing room.

Agreed. I also concur with Gov. Walker's reasoning about "creating uncertainty", coupled with the fact that WI Republicans don't have a decided majority in their legislature.

Walker's earned his stripes. Time for other Governors to earn theirs.
