Obama thinks what all socialists think: there’s an inexhaustible supply of money that never runs out. All that has to be done is to make the hoarders and stealers of the gigantic money supply (the evil rich i.e. the producers) give more of their ill-gotten gains to the people (Dem constituents i.e. the takers) the Dems deem need the loot the most.

In that case he and they are like little children who demand that their parents buy them everything they want, because they think money grows on trees

The bad thing is when parents do give in

This isn't an oversimplification. People actually think this.

Co-worker of mine used to rail and rave about the owners of our company. ....For the moment, we'll ignore the fact that he was paid a fair wage for a week's work, with benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401K, etc etc etc and was fully capable of leaving at any time for a new job.... Setting those bits aside, he was fond of making the comment: "They take every bit of the profits and just leave us the scraps!"

He was ALSO fond of saying that "We need to stick it to those rich bastards. They NEED to pay their fair share!" ...Taking every bit of their profits and leaving them with only the scraps, I suppose.

The irony is endless. IMHO, it all boils down to which one's hand is holding the whip. :-)
