Used to own a small tavern in Seattle in the’80s. PBR on tap. I had a Saturday night last call special - a six-pack of Hamm’s 16 oz. to go for $4.00.
I’m not snooty. I mostly stick to Beck’s or Heineken. Don’t care for wheat brews. Wheat belongs in bread and breakfast cereal.
Murphy’s Stout is a worthy foe for Guinness but not so easy to find. I kept a small stash for one customer who really liked it. Not a big seller, though.
