It doesn’t help when our own side adopts their language.
Our should never talk about the “top 2 percent’
We should call them job creators. small businesses. retirees.
We should not use the word “revenues” when we’re really talking about tax hikes. (which can kill real revenues)
We should not use the word “investment’ when we’re really taking about increased spending.
We have given in - just by speaking the same way they do.
Wouldn’t it be nice if someone would say
“This is the worst possible time to hike taxes on our nation’s retirees”
Agree 100%. We should never parrot THEIR false narratives. Just listen to Nancy Pelosi for what the talking points are and be sure not to repeat them. She’s the QUEEN OF TALKING POINTS!!
GOP should just come out and tell the TRUTH. 0bama wants to KILL the private sector. The gov’t is STILL hiring people (35,000 in November alone), while 0bama continues to impose more stringent regs on small businesses via Lisa Jackson/EPA. 0bama wants to FURTHER raise taxes on small bus. beyond that which 0bamacare ALREADY does, so as to run small businesses OUT of business to diminish and eventually destroy ALL private business. Won’t be long before EVERY citizen is either a) Unemployed or b) Government employee.
