It is the Nobel War Prize!!
War is hell, but it has its honest side. Both sides wear uniforms, carry weapons, and have officers responsible for their men’s actions.
Nobel piece prize winners usually are not that forthright. They are opposed to such forthrightness, and therefore are given an award for opposing war.
But one must remember to differentiate between opposing countries sending people off in uniforms, armed to the teeth to kill or be killed, and opposing the honest side who is trying to stop a bomb disguised as a pregnant woman’s bulge, or hidden under the frock of a bogus Chassidic rabbi, from being deployed on public busses. In the former case, they are opposing war. In the latter case, they are opposing honesty in warfare, but supporting the dishonest side.
