The two times that I have had a flu shot, I have gotten sick. The worst head/chest colds ever. Not the flu. Yet if I don’t get a flu shot, I don’t get that nasty cold. nor do I get the flu.
I just don’t see an upside to getting a flu shot, so I don’t get them.
I think it is the immune adjuvants that cause people to be more susceptible to illness after the flu or other vaccines.
If you want your employees not to get sick, send them links about what truly prevents the flu. Lots of sleep and plenty of vitamin d3. Tell them you will cover their blood test to see if they have enough d3 in them.
