i get it to a point. i just don’t do it. really scaling back this year. other than essentials (mortgage, food, gas, insurance) about the only thing i buy are breakfast or lunch with friends and models and assorted paints etc. and i have enough models for 2 life times. told my frau to just grab a couple of kits from my “want to build stash” in the workshop and wrap them up for presents for birthday and Christmas.

Models! My dad painted models of cars from the twenties and thirties. His childhood. So nice to hear that someone still does it. I wonder if there still are Tandy kits?
