The establishment may control the presidential race, but the tea party and Palin are players in the down ticket races.

Here we go with 2014.

Before we start counting chickens, it is important WHO the candidates are. What difference does it make who controls the Senate if we have wishy-washy RINOs or worse, people without honor?

“means that Harry Reid’s plan to make filibusters harder will almost certainly fail: in two years, and perhaps for years thereafter, Republicans may control...”

Harry Reid will make them harder, then if the republicans win in 2 years, he will simply rescind the rule during the lame duck.

Currently the Republican party is leaderless ~ which is why it is time to shed the GOP-e, and the rules they sought to impose on party operations ~ which cannot be changed.

Only way around that is to abandon the leadership of the Republican National Committee and turn to the New Republican National Committee ~ a totally new organization with rules satisfactory to the state parties!

That puts Palin on the top if that's where she wants.

Here we go with 2014.

We are hoping to finally rid ourselves of Mary Landrieu in 2014!
