No (not three), two cards per voter. The 141% voter turnout has been explained in numerous posts on many threads here and is not an example of fraud.

We need to stop claiming that the 141% is an example of voter fraud and concentrate on real fraud, we have enough examples of that.

Some counties did have three pages (per some freepers), what caused this problem was St. Lucie County’s own first two pages of their report. Every other County managed to sort out the two or three pages per voter into actual number of voters.

I see no such totals with the Palm Beach precinct reporting.
