There is a dog that has not barked in this affair. Who else has noticed the absence of the voice of Secretary of the Army, John McHugh? Is this not an Army matter?

I agree, but how do we get Congress to prove it!! How do we get them to go after Obama???!! Because, I just don’t think anything is going to happen with any of this.
