Obama told him what to say...and he did as "ordered" by the CIC. Rice did the same thing. Hillary did the same.

But only Petreaus would know when Obama gave the "STAND DOWN" order. That's what we want to know.

The Stand Down order has nothing to do with the video meme. The video is every bit as much of a planned distraction in the investigation as it was on 9/11.

I have no confidence that Petraeus will even address the “Stand Down”. it would be the same as accusing Obama of murder.
