1) My Brother trained in U Penn’s Children’s Hospital as a Pediatrician and Neonatologist.
2) He went to Australia years ago on a Fellowship program but had to pass THEIR qualifying exams.
He is now practicing there.
Your cardiologist might have to do the same.
