RE: as far as the wood county results over 100% voting.. that is the home of BGSU.. and if the college is in session they will have well over the number of people that live there voting - as the population in that county is low without the university

right.. the complaint was that they have 106k people registered in wood county but taxes and such show that they have 98k of voting age that live there. And I am saying that the university accounts for the difference in the amount of people that live in the country that is 'of voting age' and 'registered'.
