You’ve got it backwards.
Not a chance. You have no legal or moral right to advocate the alienation of U.S. Citizens, their territories, their properties, their Constitution, their families, or their Republic without their mutual consent. Advocating as much is treason against your fellow Citizens and an encroachment upon their measure of sovereignty in the Republic. Given the boasts of many prominent Communists in Russia and elsewhare during the past decades that they would succeed in bringing about civil war and the disunion of the United States, your talk of secession also amounts to aiding and abetting a foreign enemy to overthrow the Constitutional government of the United States.
