Judge [Jim] Crow denies Allen West's motion in Palm Beach County. He says West motion is "premature" since no the election has no official results yet; also says the legislature, not courts, sets election procedures.

"Official" when is it "official"? Does this jive with the Bush/Gore 2000 Florida recount that the courts supervised and determined?
