Yes, I was struck by the printer woes also. Printers are truly the weak link in the computer chain. I’m convinced that if Columbus had a computer he never would have discovered America - he’d be stuck in port trying to get the printer to work.

That was quoted from the article on the blog. I've had the same come-to-Jesus moment the author relayed with HP printers. Why does one need magenta toner to print a black-and-white document - esp. when in a pickle like that?

HP deserves to lose business over it.
