Gary Johnson got about 1% of the vote, that's huge for a third party presidential election, especially one as charged as this. The question is "why?"
The obvious answer is that Romney is a socialist, and thus far too similar to Obama (leave the rhetoric and campaigning aside, look at his past) -- the GOP chose "Status Quo" and the voters wanted something else, why else would the numbers be lower than McCain?
We need a second party. The republicrats are killing us.
