God bless them.
One arrest for drunkenness, one for failing to listen to an “officer”... Tough night at Ole Miss, BUT nothing like it is made to sound!
That’s all we need. More ‘evidence’ we are racists.
Wow. Does the reporter think John Wilkes Booth mightve been in the crowd? Amazing how actual racist students everywhere else hold anti american protests regularly and it never makes the paper, but this does. Additionally, why is the university bad-mouthing these students? Is this unconstitutional? Finally, if there’s a more disenfranchised demographic than southern white Christians I’m eager to hear it. They have every reason to protest the policies of Obama and his minions.
One kid burned a Obama/Biden sign.
Yesterday.
WhoopyDoo.
I was updated as it unfolded by my friends daughter that attends the college. The kids were teargassed but no report of that.I told her to tell the other students that they are the new hippies and to rage against the machine.
I can just see the holder DOJ swooping down and launching a full scale investigation with trials and public floggings.
And plenty of hate crimes.
Yes, would be guilty of a ‘hate crime’ were I there.
I hate dumb arse pols, commies, libs, socialists etc so may as well ‘perp walk’ me outta there....
Someone mentioned tear gas, if the kids can play their cards right, they should be able to sue..
Oh wait...that is right NOT an establishment ‘protest’.
Trending on twitter last night was the phrase "F*** white people", but there's no uproar over that. Isn't that curious?

I read about this online -- apparently some young female "journalist" from the paper was trying to turn this into some kind of race riot, which of course it wasn't, though there were a couple of kids that were rowdy and drunk that fit into her race-narrative. So she did her own university a huge disservice by sensationalizing it into a "race riot". And of course the national drive-by's have to tie in an incident from 50 years ago to pile on.
Palin has been called worse.
What happened, was a Jay Zee song played really loud?
Oh yeah, this was a “BIG ONE”...
Uh oh.
The Great Uniter is having trouble.
I'd be sure there were far more derogatory racial statements and profanity at the various Obama victory celebrations across the country.
Comparing this small incident with the protests accompanying James Meredith's entry as the first black student at Ole Miss in 1962, which the WaPo did, is like comparing a gnat to an elephant.
