Mark Levin Gives "Unvarnished Truth" On Romney Loss
realclearpolitics.com ^ | 11/'6/12 | Mark Levin

Posted on 11/07/2012 7:14:30 PM PST by GrandJediMasterYoda

Mark Levin passionately defends conservatism and analyzes last night's election in the opening monologue of the Wednesday broadcast of his nationally syndicated radio program. Here's a partial transcript of Levin's opening remarks:

MARK LEVIN: We conservatives, we do not accept bipartisanship in the pursuit of tyranny. Period. We will not negotiate the terms of our economic and political servitude. Period. We will not abandon our child to a dark and bleak future. We will not accept a fate that is alien to the legacy we inherited from every single future generation in this country. We will not accept social engineering by politicians and bureaucrats who treat us like lab rats, rather than self-sufficient human beings. There are those in this country who choose tyranny over liberty. They do not speak for us, 57 million of us who voted against this yesterday, and they do not get to dictate to us under our Constitution.

My impression was that Levin was calling for going Galt on many fronts. Don't spend money on non-necessities, don't hire if you don't have to (or even lay off the parasite libs in your employ).

I think it's time for FR-PrizesTM. Prizes for automation in the following categories:

- assembly tasks in light industry (everything from lawnmowers to automobiles to aircraft). Installing wiring, driving rivets, assembling parts, whatever.
- metal fabrication tasks (not just spot welding)
- food service industries (robo-McJobs)

I agree, but I do have to say this. How can the polls show that indies were leaning Romney big time, there were up to 14 million new republicans signed up to vote, we see much larger numbers than seen in YEARS this election day, and yet both democrats and republicans numbers were down? THIS DOES NOT COMPUTE. Why were battleground states’ results held for so long? To fix the count to reflect a win for Obama BEFORE publishing? Seems like swing states were purposely doing something to alter that counts. I felt something was fishy from the get-go. Not only that, but Obama was WAY too confident on winning. Was this prearranged via a threat? I would not count anything out with the dems. We know there was massive fraud by them, but with Obama’s DOJ they knew there would be no prosecutions afterwards. This was likely stolen BIG TIME. We MUST STOP early voting and take something all the way to the SC to force voter ID.

You're not alone in your experience. I've been dealing with my neighbor cop's BS for almost 6 years.
I've found some effective ways to neutralize his harassment and not capitulate to his bullying. One of the most effective tools has been my video camera and my phone. After he almost ran over me and my kids as I was walking them home from the bus stop, I always have my video camera app up and ready to go on my phone. It does no good to go to the local cops or to his superiors, they just say it is his right to protect his community.

The cop’s punk son shot an arrow into the front of my house one night that could have been deadly if I had stepped onto my porch to see what the heck was going on in my front yard. Tore through my siding. Stupidly, I accepted an apology rather than calling the police. From that day on, it was nothing but harassment and threats. What kind of people pick on quiet senior citizens?

I did not get to listen to Rush or anyone else very much today, because I was working.
As I drove home, I heard the self flaggelating diatribe that the republicans/conservatives had not
“courted” latinos, women, young people, etc., etc. I think if there is any failing in the conservative/republican community, I believe it is a failure to keep up with technology. Democrats spoke effusively about “targeting” potential voters a couple of years ago as they set up shop in Chicago. In my humble opinion, I believe it went well beyond “targeting” and into “data mining”.

It doesn’t take much imagination to see a “Lonely Hearts” posting on Facebook from a single woman or a “foreclosed” posting from a homeowner to a “late notice” from a student on their student loans to see there is a possibility.
Combine these postings with algorythyms and a street map and you have potential voter to contact.

In the good old days we used voter registration and walk lists to target our potential voters.

We need to catch up with technology. I don’t think “data mining” is illegal. Maybe it is just smart! Smart enough to zero in on certain electoral republican districts, i., West, Bachmann, Mack, Brown, etc., as well as the presidential election.

Yes, we need to catch up!

“No more RINOs. No more wavering.”

Those words have been said for decades now. The country wants Bread & Circuses, even many in the party.

I’m sorry you have had to deal with this too.

My daughter lives with me and these people almost ran her and her little dog down. She now carries a camera, but most of the time she drives the dogs to a place outside of the neighborhood to walk safely.

Shery,

I wrote on another thread something similar. I am usually not one for conspiracy theories, but this was all very strange. Seemingly record lines at the polls...voting extended to almost midnight in Virgina and Florida. Then the overall vote turns out to be far less than any election in decades?

No one on this thread equated “birth control” to abortion
*****************************************************

You miss my point!!!!! I didn’t accuse anyone on this thread of that.

The whole darn election Obozo and DembocRATS kept talking about the Catholic Church needing to provide “birth control” what they really meant, abortificants and sterilizations.

Ever since Paul Ehrlich wrote the population bomb, the left have advocated birth control of any sort including abortions and sterilizations.

No one called them on it during this election. They let them get by with calling this “birth control”. I don’t think my tax dollars should pay for any womans birth control, or any man’s viagra or lots of other s@#t either. That was not my point in this discussion.

All I pointed out was that private insurance already provides for birth control medications as does Planned Parenthood, so why the H@#l should buying birth control pills need to be provided by any new federal mandate?

Abortions and sterilizations are not provided by insurance, and this was really what the dastardly left was going for. No one called them on it.

You are the one taking a leap and misunderstanding my point. After your snide attitude. I hope you are the one with hurt butt. Do you always respond like a jerk?

Don’t bother to respond I don’t intend to ever read any of your comments again.

I think we have the technology.
Conservatives built most of that stuff, not art school drop outs.
The trick we need to learn is how to teach art school drop outs to become productive conservatives.

Early on in 2011, he endorsed Bachmann and Santorum. When it came time for his state to vote in April, he said he voted for Santorum. I remember hearing him say that but I also googled it.

That’s pretty much how I see it.

It’s going to get much worse after they force an amnesty down our throat.

We are going to have to change tactics and positions. This is just reality.

Somehow were going to have to find a way to compete for the Asian and Latio immigrants and more women. We will probably never get any black votes. Just the way it is.

Trouble is most immigrants are dirt poor and very susceptible to redistribution. Until they have enough wealth of their own to protect, they won’t listen.

If someone else has better ideas I’m more than willing to listen.

Liberty is non-negotiable. period.

we will never surrender. get out boehner, you don’t represent me, my wife or my family.

and another thing. abortion is the law of the land but not on my dime. get an abortion whenever you want for whatever reason you want but get someone other than me to pay for it. i will not willing allow my hands to be bloodied.

say it loud and proud. I am a Extremist Pro-Lifer!

Let them call me a Extremist Pro-Lifer!

over and over and over.

just like the called me a Tea Party Racist (cleaning up the language).

over and over and over.

Let them call me these things over and over and over.

and the term, like racist, will gradually lose it’s meaning just like fatigued metal.

“The birth control issue”

Rush seemed to just jokingly bring this up. everyone of us knows this was just a farce issue to distract voters away from obama. Rush knows this, we know this, just morons that want to save 10 dollars a month don’t. It is stunning something so minor becomes such a hot issue. Romney had it right in a lot of ways. obama’s campaign was about a lot of small things.

I never wanted Romney to be the nominee, but he was. I thought he was impressive. He really gave me the really that the economy was going to be much healthier in the next 2 years. I think he was fighting the criminal media, unrelenting voter fraud, and some of his best allies (Christie) were really his worst enemies.

Thanks - that brought a lump to my throat and a little water to the corner of my eye.

I needed that after Tuesday’s results.
