I have alot of relatives on Long Island, in both Nassau and Suffolk counties.
Two of my cousins who live in different towns in Suffolk County got their power back on Saturday.
Another relative on the north shore of Long Island, in Suffolk County, still has no power.
That is something we take for granted, and why you lose it for a few days, it is wonderful to get it back!
My in-law in L.I. just got his power back, too.
Hope your relative w/o power gets his back soon. Do they have shelters in the area?
