With new revelations about the Obama administrations role in the Benghazi terror attack unfolding moment by moment, one might assume that all media outlets great and small would be focused on this major story especially given that Ambassador Christopher Stevens, Navy SEALs Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty and an additional civil servant lost their lives despite the fact that there were three requests for assistance during the siege and were, in the end, told to stand down.
TheBlaze thought it might be prudent to review mainstream U.S. news outlets to see which stories are making their front pages. For TheBlaze, the debacle in Libya has been front and center. So, too, for FoxNews website and Jake Tappers blog on ABC (but not ABCs front page). All other front pages of major news outlets have seemed to relegate the travesty in Libya and the administrations botched handling of the terror attack to nothing but fine print. As you will see, Frankenstorm takes center stage.
Below are screenshots of these front page headlines taken Friday afternoon (October 26). In this instance, a screenshot is worth a thousand words:

Anyone have access to archives of front pages during the Watergate affair?
Dear Lord, please send that monster storm Sandy straight up to 1600 Pennsylvania Ave in Washington DC and take care of this mess for us.
Lower your expectations and spread the word yourself. They don't cover anything but their own worldview anymore.
Who watches the alphabet news?
lol — perfect (sadly).
Nails it.
Remember this?
“There’s a broader lesson to be learned here,” Mr. Obama told “60 Minutes” correspondent Steve Kroft at the White House. “And I — you know, Governor Romney seems to have a tendency to shoot first and aim later. And as president, one of the things I’ve learned is you can’t do that. That, you know, it’s important for you to make sure that the statements that you make are backed up by the facts. And that you’ve thought through the ramifications before you make ‘em.”
My most fervent wish is for President Romney to treat the “news” media the way they have treated him and the American people this election year: shut them out!
Mainstream media won’t tell you this but It (mainstream media) are taking a back seat to truthful media.
Soon they will be irrelevant completely.
Their enabling the fiasco at and around Lybia will be their end.
Just an opinion and prediction, in all humility.
When Romney wins, let us get their broadcast licenses. If they can try to do it to our news sources, let us do our damnedest to begin replacing them with entities that accurately and fairly report the news
“Who watches the alphabet news?”
About 21 Million Americans, every night.

About 12 million watch the Alphabet network news every morning, too.
They dont cover the news. There is no reason for anyone to watch. Why would anyone advertise?
Other major news outlets are not going to run with a story in which they have to say, “according to FOX News.”
They are going to verify what FOX has reported and add what they can, then run their own stories based on their own info. Which is what they should do.
They have been scooped, and scooped badly, but don’t assume that they aren’t going to report. They’re just not going to piggyback on what Jennifer Griffin has already done.
Please recall — if you’re as old as me — that it was months before other outlets began to pick up on Watergate after Woodward and Bernstein had been pounding the pavement and running stories since July ‘72. It was the following March, when McCord squealed to Judge Sirica, before Watergate coverage really picked up.
Give it time.
See my post above.
Yes, I was thinking that today!
When The Baghdad Museum was ransacked, that was huge to the left.
4 Americans killed : not so much.
