To: null and void

If people in their 30s are unhappy because they think no one will hire them due to their age, why not start a company of their own and hire. . . people in their 30s.

It seems to me there are just as much “older” as “younger” people out there. “Older” can hire “older” if they like.
Start their own business if needs be.

Getting funding as an old phart isn't easy either.

Your 20 something bank manager and your 30 something vulture venture capitalist only want to fund "recent college graduates"...

I have. It is going and this year I might break even. Hire someone? I need to make a profit first.

Past forty in the business world you are old. They want a 20 year-old with a MBA and 30 years experience. < /slight sarcasm>
