Hurricane Sandy has been temporarily downgraded to a strong tropical and was located 350 miles to the southeast of Charleston South Carolina. This storm is forecast to strengthen back into a minimal hurricane by late Sunday night as it moves over the warmer waters of the Gulf Stream east of the Outer Banks . . . |
