Ironically on Oct 29th 2011 CT/NJ/MA got hit with 12-24 inches of heavy wet snow on trees that mostly had green leaves on them. Lost power for 9 days.
It seems more than a coincidence. I remember it. We drove through it after visiting our Daughter in State College on our way to Baltimore. We took the Carnival Pride out of Baltimore and hit the storm again when it reformed. LOL. Here is one of the videos from the storm. It took me 10 minutes to get my pants on in the morning. I learned to lay on my back while being thrown around. Something to do once. Our suite was aft. Big mistake.

OMG!!!! If I was on that ship, I would have had a heart attack. I had to stop watching the video...started giving me a panic attack!
