Your tax dollars at work!
I see no problem with issuing teachers (or many other types of employees) iPads. They can have numerous applications in the workplace. They could pay for themselves in reduced paper and copying alone.
Similarly, so long as it doesn’t interfere with the work, there’s nothing wrong with putting some personal pictures on the iPads. That’s akin to family photos on a workplace desk.
Nudie pics are another matter altogether.
