CROWLEY LET OBAMA HAVE LAST WORD 8 OF 11 TIMES
Breitbart ^ | 17 Oct 2012 | WILLIAM BIGELOW

What are the odds for getting the last word in a debate with Barack Obama? If the moderator is Obama-sycophant Candy Crowley, the odds are 8 to 3 against you. That’s what happened to Mitt Romney in the second presidential debate. Of the eleven questions Crowley allowed to be asked, eight times Obama got the last word, while Crowley deigned to give Romney only three. Not only did Obama receive three more minutes to speak, he was also given the gift of ending the discussion. Here’s how it played out:

Anyone expect anything less?

This was what I was noticing as it was happening. Each man would get an opportunity to address the question, but then Obama got an extra turn at the end of that round.

I didn’t expect much from Monica, and she certainly lived up to my expectations.

I noticed this as well. When the question went to Romney first, of course Obama was given a chance to respond. When Obama was first, he answered, then Romney responded then Obama was given another chance to repond to Romney's comments.

Of course, when Romney tried to do the same, she cut him off and moved on to the next question.

NO - I do NOT expect it - NEVER WILL! But I do expect continuous OUTRAGE at the obvious bias ‘so called’ liberal moderators and interfering with the election process! Beck, Levin, Rush, Sean SPEAK UP non stop and loudly.

I would say this. Thirty years ago...barely ten percent of people would have noticed this. Today? I’d say that sixty percent of those watching....noticed it. There’s a perception of distrust now with reporters and journalists. Who watches CNN or buys the New York Times? That really says alot.

I think Romney wants the wussy journalists out in front of the statements....obviously making themselves look bad. It just adds another layer onto distrust of journalism.

Because they are way too obvious and bold about it as they have been getting away with it for years. Where is loud mouth Rove, Priebus, the rest on this?

To say the little affirmative action boy won is insulting! He can't do a damn thing on his own.

Had it been totally fair, the commentary would be gone in next news cycle. As it is, non-mms, talk radio, etc will be on this till Monday. Interest in the last debate will increase to see if Bob Schieffer (no slouch in the bias dept.) can top Candy’s favoritism.

I was screaming about this last night. Then she kept promising Romney he’d get his chance! It was just a total effing joke!

The loudest voice in a storm is usually from the one most lost. The president’s bland hortatory orations are sounding like clanging bells and getting too verbal is a symptom of a lost cause. Some people can talk under water with a mouth full of syrup but it gets them drowned eventually.

I don’t think it mattered Obama had more time, in fact, it sure seems to have hurt him.

Look how many times he kept talking and ended up boxing himself in with his own lies. Libya, economy being the worst.

Fact is Romney capitalized well on his time, Obama didn’t. Romney still won despite the debate being two on one.

How many times did Crowley cut off Romney by telling him that he'd get his chance later?

Guess what? "Later" never came.

I noticed it as it was happening, but I thought that was something that was supposed to be regulated. I was wrong. Not only that, Crowley seemed determined to keep Romney from offering a rebuttal to Obama’s many lies. Next moderator...Mark Levin. I hope.

I noticed Obama was allowed the last remarks, and he brought up that 47% crap so Romney couldn’t rebut. I have no doubt the fix was in on that.

Such a disgrace. Is there any recourse the Republicans can make regarding Crowley? Stop having anything to do with her on CNN? I don’t know, but somehow they have to make it clear that this kind of conduct will not continue to be tolerated with Republicans expected to just grin and bear it.

Frankly, given her obvious advocacy rather than moderation (more time for Obama, more last words, less interruptions) i even have to wonder if she sent Obama the questions in advance. I mean, has he ever been so stutter-free sans a teleprompter? She doesn’t deserve a benefit of the doubt about anything as far as i’m concerned. She did everything in her power to tilt the debate in favor of Obama. That’s why she didn’t want to be a “fly on the wall.” And if she was willing to break some debates rules, what others might she have been willing to break?

Brent Bozell warned that Republicans don't vet debate moderators. The RNC Liberals or whoever agrees to these debate rules are hamstringing Republican candidates and possibly throwing the election. If a Pres. Romney does not do a housecleaning of the Republican clowns, Republicans will have to work extra extra hard to survive these debates.

The RNC, who probably agrees to these debate moderators, are Liberal idiots and enemies of their own Republican party.
