A second Democratic campaign has been caught mistaking a foreign ship for a U.S. Navy vessel in images meant to brag on the candidate's devotion to the military.
A month after the Democratic National Convention featured Cold War-era Soviet ships on a giant screen as a former Navy admiral representing the Obama campaign praised American veterans, the Democrat running for Senate in Connecticut featured a foreign sub in a television ad promoting his efforts to create jobs at the state's sub-maker, General Dynamics' Electric Boat of Groton.
Instead of Groton-made subs, the ad for Rep. Chris Murphy featured a Norwegian submarine. The ad maker apparently took the picture off an image website without checking what the featured sub was.

They have incompetents who don’t care about little details like getting facts right.
Carter decimated the navy when he got into office.
Democrats are proud of the fact that they can differentiate planes from ships.
Anything behond that is beyond their diminuitive mental capabilities.
But they DO know how to insure that absentee ballots are NOT delivered to our military.
Remember that - military. Your president does NOT like you.
At all.
The U.S. Navy is a subset of the U.S. Armed Forces. So, the answer is Yes.
Ships have a pointy end and a blunt end.
The reason why Liberals and Democrats HATE the US Navy is that it is the ONLY Constitutionally mandated service and they HATE The US Constitution!
They simply hate the U.S.
Good answer!
Remember the Clinton White House?
Uniforms were banned.
A. Do Democrats hate the U.S. Navy?
B. Do Democrats hate the U.S. ___________ (fill in the blank)
C. Do Democrats hate the U.S.?
D. All the above
Carter was also an Annapolis grad. I don't know the numbers off hand, so I could very well be wrong, but it seems to me that the Navy produces a higher proportion of those libs who have served:
Carter
John Kerry (who served in Viet Nam)
Eric Massa (career Navy)
Joe Sestak (retired Admiral)
...and going back in time, JFK and LBJ were both Navy men.
(ps)Nice dogs. I have a border collie and a cat.
The fact that rats can’t differentiate between US Navy ships and former USSR commie ships proves their complete ignorance of sea-going battle wagons. We know for a fact that lib rat professors and media scribblers can’t tell the difference between an AK-47 and a ball peen hammer.
The rats know for sure that if they get into a serious fight with us, they’d be holding their brain pans in their laps. They need a surrogate army to fight us because they’d probably bring a butter knife to a sword fight. They are that stupid. This is why the rats are arming the Mexican drug gangs and cheering for the muslim goat humpers to take over. They desperately need a surrogate army to kill us.
Lock and load, Teufelshunde.
JFK was the very first Navy veteran, but almost all the Presidents after him were also. Only three exceptions - Reagan (Army), G W Bush (Air Force), 0bama (Community Organizer).
Sort of like having a Ford in a Chevy commercial.
Thanks - The other poster was referring to those navy people who are liberals wondering why they disliked the navy so much.
Leftists of all degrees fear/ hate the national military of whatever country they inhabit. They see the Military as possible or immediate enemies. They first purge the officers and cut the budgets. That is why when they take over they pull together a Praetorian guard and starve the military. They cannot just disband the military because there are always other states waiting to take advantage when leftists take power in a major nation. Think of Obama’s Civilian Defense Force. It exists in the TSA and ICE and every Federal armed agency and in many of the larger police forces around the country, and in the SIEU. We may yet see it deployed in combat mode. This election is not yet over.
