Because everyone had such a great time at the last shoot we are anxious for the next one.
The date for the 8th Annual TCMS shoot will be June 8th, 2013 and will be held at Dietz Gun Shop and Shooting Range, in New Braunfels, TX. Providing we get the OK from Mr. Dietz – I will call him this week to discuss our coming to the range.
Staying in the Pelican Bay cottages this year was a stroke of genius, so we will again be staying in cottages. The cottage pick for this shoot is the Cypress Creek Cottages, in Wimberley, TX. There are only twelve cottages at this place, and as of this writing 7 of them have been reserved. NOTE: They require full payment at the time the reservations are made. Wimberley also has some very nice hotels in the area in the event all the cottages get rented.
Making it a three & a half day weekend will be the plans for many of us, that way we can enjoy the area and have lots of porch time.
The Friday night dinner & Saturday breakfast places have not yet been decided. There is still plenty of time to figure out those details. Saturday after the shoot lunch will be provided by our own chef ~ cpdiii (Thanks Charlie!). Suggestions for the Saturday night meal are more than welcome.

Everything is ancillary to the hot tubs.

I found a shop in the market today that sells cigars, fudge & jewelry! Basically a one stop shop.
BTW I don’t think I can make the FW rodeo either.

I bought three things in one day.
Well hopefully on June 8 the night time temps will be accommodating for that sort of thing.
Right now is Texas Hot tub weather.
Now that is a store I could stand.
Yall got in and out pretty fast.

I really like the look of those cypress lined river banks.
We found out that cottages 9, 10, 11, 12 are at creekside.
Cottages 1-8 are accross the road along with the common area shelter and the dog pen. So that is an issue to work around.
So can Pook come along?

It is gorgeous here, no doubt in June it will take our breath away.
The cottages charge an extra $10.00 a day for pets ~ but they provide a pet pillow & treats for your critter and if Pook needs babysitting they charge $25.00 for 4a hours ($50.00 for 8 hours).
