It looks like a nice newer office, probably in a nice area of Denver - and there was a drive by shooting in the middle of the afternoon ??

I drove a delivery truck in Denver for many years, so I know the area. Liberals like the area because there are many 'alternative' LGBT bars, and similar filth within a small radius. It's not "Cherry Creek", but the condos are now priced like it is.

9th and Acoma is about halfway gentrified with Democrats, but I'd never park my car in that area overnight, nor walk the streets there after dark. Historically this area between Broadway and Sante Fe was low income Hispanic, so you'll still see the small mexican grocery stores, cars parked on yards with clotheslines and mexican flags on the porch, but the house next door can have a $60k BMW with an Obama bumper sticker and a rainbow flag.

3 blocks from the methadone clinic and Confluence park where the homeless bathe in the river, 6 blocks from Colfax and Broadway (where you'd expect to be murdered if walking after midnight), and about a quarter mile east of Cheeseman park where needles and condoms are part of the landscape.

I know a couple in their 60s who have lived at 5th and Acoma for 30 years, and they are leaving the area because of increased burglaries, and violent street crimes.
