Congress shall make no law . . . abridging the freedom of speech

If anyone attempts to abridge our freedom of speech, that person is violating one of our most fundamental God-given human rights along with one of our most fundamental human rights. Such an attempt to control free people falls into the category "Casus belli" - a cause or justification for war. I don't think even Obama would go that far, not until after the election when he promises to have more flexibility.

Oops, I meant to say: If anyone attempts to abridge our freedom of speech, that person is violating one of our most fundamental God-given human rights along with one of our most fundamental legal rights. Such an attempt to control free people falls into the category “Casus belli” - a cause or justification for war. I don’t think even Obama would go that far, not until after the election when he promises to have more flexibility.

The government keeps pushing because they do not believe we are prepared for war - flexibility or not.

The government believes we will never make an offensive move.

The government believes we will never make a defensive move.

The government believes we will slide passively into slavery.

The government has overstepped its boundaries not without question, but certainly without action.

The government will pretty soon have us fear free speech, so there goes any questioning.

The government does not believe that we will take action, as is our right under the constitution.

The government does not believe CWII will happen no matter what they do.

The Government believes that places like FreeRepublic are merely outlets where upstarts blow off a little steam - talk big - act angry - this, they believe, they will control

So what do we believe?

Better yet, what are we gonna do about it?
