I’ll bet he was planning this for an October surprise all along. Plan: Let the liberals slober all over the place demanding my Tax returns. Then, just when they have reached a fever picth in the vitriol, release them and show that I not only paid plenty of Taxes, but gave to charity at a rate that makes Obama (and expecially Biden) look like Scrooge! Brilliant! Love it!
