I am really starting to become suspicious. 1. - This could have been done by the terrorists to rile up the masses. 2. Our government is behind this. Or both It could be someone just got a hold of the original footage, edited it and then posted it to YouTube. It would not be hard to do. Someone might have thought it was fun.
If that's what happened, the bit of fun is looking like it has set off WWIII..

Exactly, in this internet age ANYBODY could have messed with the audio and uploaded it to utube.
An individual or a member of a country’s government agency; doesn’t matter who.....
