Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Tuesday said the United States had forfeited its moral right to stop Israel taking action against Iran's nuclear program because it had refused to be firm with Tehran itself. This implies we are doing something to physically stop Israel from taking action. Is this really true? Or is "stopping them" effectively refusing to aid them?
There is a difference, particularly because of the Russian warning that an attack on Iran would bring "unimaginable" consequences.

The Zero administration has on several occasions leaked sensitive military information to the press, and hence to the Iranians, regarding Israeli military deployments.
The most infamous example, from a few months ago, was the disclosure that Israeli aircraft were secretly deployed in Azerbaijan.
